CONTINUOUS DEGASSING SYSTEMS SDC 125DM

SDC 125DM continuous degassing systems are designed to eliminate air pockets or bubbles from grease or other high viscosity products, which have to be dispensed accurately. These systems are directly connected to the workstation.

BARREL PUMPS PFS.  

PFS 50 and PFS 180  

Equipment for 10, 50 and 200 litres.

Different feeding pressure ratios: 1:5, 1:10, 1:20 or 1:60. 

Delivered with pressure plate, pressure accumulator to maintain always a constant feeding pressure, and minimum level control.

The up and down movements as well as the pressure on the pressure plate operate with 2 pneumatic cylinders.

Equipped with purging system, automatic shut down of empty barrel, as well as barrel positioning.

TRANSFER PUMP : SERIES PF

Pneumatic pump for transferring highly viscous products from supply containers. With adjustable pressure plate and air service unit  (pressure gauge, pressure regulator , oil/extractor). 150 or 300 micrometer filter, low-level detector. Piston ratio 1:5, 1:10.
